Entering 2026, CFB reflects on a year defined by purposeful growth, expanded capabilities, and a continued focus on serving our clients and communities with excellence. From organizational investments and service-line expansion to team development and community outreach, the past year strengthened our ability to deliver thoughtful, responsive solutions for our clients across Central Florida.
In 2025, CFB formally launched CFB Cares, a company-wide initiative designed to organize and guide the community outreach efforts our team has supported for many years. Led by a volunteer committee, CFB Cares provides opportunities for employees to give back while reinforcing a culture of service that directly reflects our values as a firm.
During Q4 2025, CFB Cares partnered with Pay It Forward Outreach through an Amazon Wish Tree program, sponsoring eight local families during the holiday season. With 130 gifts purchased by 43 employees and an additional $2,000 donation for bicycles, the initiative highlighted the collective impact of our team and our commitment to supporting the communities we serve.
To better support our clients and growing project portfolio, CFB made significant investments in leadership, facilities, and organizational structure throughout 2025.
The firm expanded its executive team with the addition of a Chief Operating Officer and established a director-level leadership group. These changes strengthened internal coordination and decision-making, allowing project teams to remain focused, responsive, and aligned with client expectations.
CFB added 79 new hires in 2025, representing a 44% increase over the previous year, ensuring the depth of talent needed to support clients as projects scale in size and complexity.

Throughout the year, CFB continued to invest in its offices and markets to better serve clients at the local level.
In addition, CFB broadened its service offerings with the addition of Landscape Architecture and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE). These services allow clients to address more project needs within a single firm, improving coordination and helping projects move forward more efficiently.

CFB’s team remains central to its success. In 2025, the firm celebrated numerous professional accomplishments by team members, including professional licensure, certifications, educational milestones, and leadership roles within industry organizations – ensuring clients are supported by knowledgeable, credentialed professionals.
The firm also welcomed its largest internship class to date, a 31% increase over the prior year. This investment supports workforce development while bringing new ideas and perspectives to project teams.
The progress made in 2025 reflects a deliberate investment in people, services, and facilities – designed to better support our clients and strengthening our firm for the future. As CFB moves into 2026, the firm remains focused on delivering responsive, high-quality solutions while growing in a way that is thoughtful, strategic, and aligned with long-term client success.
