in Leadership

CLYMER FARNER BARLEY, Inc. (CFB) was originally established as Farner Barley and Associates, Inc. in 1987 by Robert (Bob) Farner, PE, PSM, and William (Steve) Barley, PSM.  In 2017, Bob and Steve added Woodrow (Lee) Clymer Jr., PE as a Partner and officially changed the name in 2020.  Lee Clymer currently serves as President within the firm, while Bob Farner serves as Sr. Vice President and Jeremy Hallick as Vice President.  Our professional team of over 80 employees is located in Wildwood, Florida, approximately one hour south of Gainesville, 30 minutes south of Ocala and 45 minutes north of Orlando.

The core of our success has been our philosophy to please our customers and exceed their expectations while providing fair, consistent, and reasonable pricing.  We believe that the firm’s reputation for excellence has to be earned every day, on every project.  Our key personnel, at all levels, have extensive training, education, and professional experience.  The professional-management team has a variety of professional licenses, certifications, registrations, and degrees that bring a wealth of experience from multiple backgrounds.

Our team of professionals is deadline oriented with a service-first attitude.  We bring the horsepower and the vision to the project’s design team.

Our experience on large-scale projects is what sets us apart.  We are proud to be The Villages’ leading consulting engineering and surveying firm since 1992.  The Villages was named the nation’s best-selling master-planned community of the decade from 2010-2019 in RCLCO’s 2019 Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities (MPC) List.
