CFB CARES

At CFB, delivering impactful work goes hand in hand with giving back. Through CFB Cares, we support the communities where we live and work by volunteering our time, partnering with local organizations, and championing causes that matter to our team.

OUR APPROACH TO GIVING BACK

CFB Cares is intentionally people-driven. We believe the most meaningful impact happens when employees support causes they’re passionate about. From local community organizations to broader initiatives, our approach encourages involvement at every level.

Our efforts focus on organizations that:

  • Strengthen local communities
  • Create opportunities for those in need
  • Promote inclusion, well-being, and lasting positive impact

By aligning community involvement with our team’s passions, CFB Cares grows our culture of service organically – and authentically.

CFB Cares Circle

Mentorship approach

CFB adopts a mentorship approach for new hires as a fundamental aspect of our onboarding process designed to promote professional growth and integration within the organization. Each incoming employee will be paired with a peer on their team who will take ownership of their training, providing guidance, support, and a wealth of knowledge to facilitate a smooth transition into the company culture.

By establishing this mentorship structure, CFB emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and collaboration, encouraging a supportive environment that contributes to the success and development of our newest team members.

Expanding Our Mentorship Approach

At CFB, our commitment to mentorship goes beyond new hires—we also support students looking to enter the profession. Through hands-on guidance and real-world experience, we help future industry professionals build a strong foundation for their careers.
